or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design is a leading edge system for
designing, constructing, operating, and certifying the world's greenest
buildings.
LEED™
is a rating system developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) that
certifies whether a building meets established targets for reduced
environmental impact (sustainability). To achieve certifications, a building
must meet seven prerequisites and earn a minimum number of points.
